He Sapa Blend is our Dark Roast Coffee. 

The beans are roasted to the point of where the oils are released from the bean, giving them a beautiful shine and robust flavor.

Our current batch of beans are Fair Trade, Organic Beans shipped from Columbia.
We roast each batch of beans individually at home fresh to order.

Freshly roasted beans have a distinct, rich taste that is unique to other coffees.
